Run for Justice and Freedom: A Marathon for Human Rights
The event stands in solidarity with Gedhun Choekyi Nyima, the11th Panchen Lama, who was recognized by the 14th Dalai Lama in 1995 andsubsequently disappeared. The run aims to raise awareness for human rights, justice, and religious freedom.
Date:- 17th May 2026 (Sunday)
Venue:-Parade Ground, Dehradun Uttarakhand
BIB EXPO : EVENT DAY ie 17th May at venuw 5am -6am
Distance:-10 KM (non Timed Run) & 5KM (Fun Run)
ForAll Participants:- T-shirt, Certificate, Refreshments, Hydration support, Energy drink, BIB
Prize & Award Information:
• No Cash Prizes: There are no cash prizes for any distance.
• Trophies for Top 3 Male & 3 Female winners in 5KM & 10KM
Points to Remember:
• Registration is not transferable
.• There will be no on-the-spot registration.
• BIB should be worn at all times during the race.
• All event updates will be shared via your registered email ID.
Facilities During the Event:
• Ambulance and emergency medical services on the route.
• Hydration points at every 1–2 km.
• Route marshals at key points to guide the way.
• Volunteers along the route and at hydration stations for support.
