​Spin & Stride invites you to a 21-day virtual journey of discipline. This is more than a fitness challenge; it is a tribute to our brave soldiers and a test of your personal grit.

​📅 Event Overview

​Duration: 10th May to 30th May 2026 (21 Consecutive Days)

​Format: Virtual (Run, Ride, or Walk anywhere)

​Registration: FREE (Dedicated to our Soldiers)

Point System: Points are awarded based on the category and pace of your activity:

Running / Walking: 5 Points/km

Cycling : 1 Points/km

​🔥 The Golden Rule: "Absolute Discipline"

​This is a zero-tolerance challenge for inconsistency.

​You must complete your chosen activity for 21 consecutive days without a single break.

​Zero Miss Policy: Even one missed day will disqualify you from the Trophy and Lucky Draw categories.

​🛡️ Your Daily Mission (Choose Any One)

​To remain in the challenge, you must hit at least one of the following milestones every day:

​Run: Minimum 2 KM 🏃‍♂️ (10 Points per day)

​Walk: Minimum 2 KM 🚶‍♂️ (10 Points per day)

​Ride (Cycling): Minimum 10 KM 🚴‍♂️ (10 Points per day)

2X Rule: Elapsed Time must not exceed 2X your Moving Time.

Leaderboard: Only your longest activity of the day counts!

​We reward effort, consistency, and leadership:

​🥇 Top Male & Top Female: The most outstanding male and female performer (based on overall stats and discipline) will be honored with the prestigious "Victory Memory Trophy."

​🎖️ Finisher Certificate: Every participant who completes the 21-day streak will receive an official Digital Certificate of Victory.

​🎁 Surprise Lucky Draw: Exclusive rewards for disciplined finishers (Details to be announced soon!).
